Version 2026.2.3: Improvements & Bug Fixes

• New icons have been added to Government Contracts.
• You can now choose to display unavailable heroes on crisis screens, along with the reason why each hero is unavailable.

• Fixed an issue where re-recruited heroes could become stuck at their previous level and could no longer be trained.
• Completed Contracts can no longer be deleted.
• Fixed an issue where Electromagnetic Events crisis artwork did not appear correctly.
